For owners and marine professionals
Requests can be submitted directly by yacht owners, captains, yacht managers, charter companies and brokers. Professional agencies and marine partners can also refer a vacancy or crew requirement to WAYPOINT; any referral fee or agency split is agreed in advance before named candidates are introduced.
Recruitment is handled on a success-fee basis. Commercial terms are confirmed before candidate presentation. No placement means no recruitment fee.
