We are building a carefully selected network of captains, skippers, deck crew, stewardesses, chefs and engineers who can support professional boat and yacht deliveries, temporary assignments, charter operations and onboard services across the Mediterranean and other international routes.
What We Look For
WAYPOINT values experience, reliability, safety, discretion, teamwork and professional communication. Each assignment has different requirements, so profiles are reviewed according to qualifications, sea experience, vessel background, languages, availability and the specific role required.
We are interested in professionals with experience on sailing yachts, catamarans, motorboats and larger yachts, including coastal passages, offshore deliveries, charter operations and practical onboard support.

How Registration Works
Complete the professional registration form with your contact details, qualifications, experience, languages, availability and relevant documentation. Your profile can then be reviewed for future assignments that match your skills and location.
Registration does not guarantee a specific assignment, but it allows WAYPOINT to maintain an organised professional crew network and contact suitable candidates when delivery or onboard opportunities arise.
Because delivery work can originate in different countries and often requires travel at short notice, current availability, country of residence, languages and willingness to travel are especially useful. Keeping those details accurate helps us match professionals to assignments more efficiently.
When a suitable opportunity arises, the assignment details, vessel, route, expected duration and role can be reviewed before any commitment is made.
