How a professional boat delivery works
1. Vessel and route details
We collect the main vessel information, departure point, destination and preferred dates, then review the route and initial operational requirements.
2. Planning and quotation
We estimate distance, duration, crew composition, logistics, fuel and expected operating costs before preparing a proposal tailored to the specific vessel and delivery.
3. Pre-departure preparation
Before departure we review available documentation, general vessel condition, essential equipment, weather, routing, alternative ports and the practical requirements of the passage.
4. Passage and monitoring
The passage is managed according to actual sea and weather conditions, always prioritising the safety of the vessel and crew. Stops, refuelling or shelter ports are incorporated when required.
5. Arrival and handover
At destination we complete the arrival and vessel handover according to the agreed delivery plan.
